THE RON BUSCH GUITAR STUDIO'S
ROCK PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Adult Rock Band classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Evenings from 8PM to 10PM. No charge for the first class. Students will be put into rock bands and attend a 2 hour class 1 night per week with Master Guitarist Ron Busch and the assistance of the other instructors from the Ron Busch School Of Modern Music. The students will practice for about 3 months before performing at a local public venue. All adult ages welcome including Seniors)
Children or Teenagers classes are held Monday thru Saturday. Call for scheduling Our Rock Band classes includes a performance after approximately 3 months. All the band performances will be at a well known St. Louis venue (The next performance program will be at the famous Blueberry Hill Duck Room or Ciceros in University City Loop).
Students may invite their friends and family to attend the performances. We also offer private individual instruction. I am a very talented singer songwriter with a lot of original material. I need a guitarist and bassist to fit all of the pieces together. AT LEAST ONE of these people will be able to sing IN KEY harmony but preferably ALL will be able to sing a little back up. I am auditioning people IMMEDIATELY. I prefer people my age or close. I am 31. 21 years old + and previous stage time REQUIRED! I would like to make friends from this project as well. We better be friends cause we are going to spend A LOT of time together! So no one with something holding them back from playing gigs or touring. My plans are BIG and I hope to be touring in the next two years!
We may have to start out doing a few covers so the genre will be rock/ alternative. Tool, Rage, S.T.P., etc. I would prefer to just work on the original songs that are finished and record them, THEN write more with everyone's input. Start playing original venues, and play POINTFEST next year! If anyone else wants to play POINTFEST next year then let's set a goal and do it! I have the vocals and the songwriting ability to start us out. I need YOU to finish the circle of perfection!
Practice will be at my house in St. Peters unless someone has a better place in the local area. Auditions are currently being held at my place as well except drummers. I will come to you! Lol!

I recorded some songs with NO vocal help on a cheap Logitech mic used for TALKING, not singing and playing an acoustic guitar, and they are on my space. myspace dot com/quinnmartin

I am looking for a lead guitarist w/vocals, and preferably a bassist who can switch to guitar once in awhile that also has vocal ability for a 60's/classic rock dance/pop band, that I would like to take into originals.

Practice twice week until the band gets list together, and play at least three times a month, but maybe more if the money is there.

I need a guitarist for my Dinner Group at a private home in New Melle, MO. The date is: Sunday, December 13, 2009 in the evening for 1 or 2 hours.
