Greta is a female puggle (pug/beagle mix) that I adopted from Stray Rescue. She has been missing since October 24 from her home in Lafayette Square, and we have recently received reports of sightings of her in the McKinley Heights/Fox Park neighborhoods, though by now she may have traveled outside the area. It is also very possible that someone has found her and is keeping her.

Greta is very scared and will most likely run from you unless you have treats. She is between 20-25 pounds, tan/brown with a bit of black on her face, has an underbite, brown eyes, floppy ears and a SHORT tail. She was wearing a yellow collar with an orange Stray Rescue tag and a blue microchip tag attached. She likes to hide under brush and hates the rain. She loves other dogs and might come to someone who has another dog with them.

Who can host? Families may be married or single, with or without children and are warm, welcoming and open-minded. Responsibilities are to provide a bed, meals and a safe environment for the student. Students are to be treated as a member of the family.

Students arriving are from many different places such as Europe, Asia, South America and more. Students (ages between 15 and 18) have their own spending money and medical insurance. Programs vary from one semester to one academic school year.
