$50,000-$100,000 +

(Base Salary of $35,000 plus Bonus Structure with Unlimited Income Potential)


As a Team Sales Manager (TSM) with The Becky O’Neill Home Selling Team, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by Becky’s team. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. Secure business and help with future growth!

What we are LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years proven sales experience and minimum of 5 years Account Management.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal form with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to memorize and internalize scripts.
• Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.
• Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Results-oriented and high achiever.
• Basic understanding of computers and navigating the Internet.
• Career development and training focused.
• Strong phone voice.
• Have (or be willing to obtain) a Missouri Real Estate License.
• High Performer KEY ACTIVITIES
• Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 3 to 5 hours/week.
• Prospect for new clients on a daily basis; 2 hours/day.
• Make a minimum of 100 contacts per week calling on: a. Expired Listings / For Sale By Owners / Door Knocking b. Buyers c. Sphere of Influence d. Past Clients / Database e. Just Listed / Just Sold f. Open Houses g. Various other sources
• Conduct 15 to 20 hours of lead follow-up per week.
• Manage 20-40 NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 10+ buying and/or listing appointments weekly.
• Manage Contact Database System.
• Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
• Willing to be held accountable for goals/results.
• Track weekly goals and progress.
• Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
