Description:

We are currently seeking SALES PROFESSIONALS in the St. Louis metro areas that are self:motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a polished and professional demeanor. Qualified candidates must approach objectives and goals with enthusiasm, be well organized and driven to win.
Responsibilities:
: Present and sell the features and benefits of new homes within a McBride Homes community. (New Home sales experience is NOT Required)
: Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction during the buying, construction and closing process.
: Responsible for coordination and completion of contract and selection paperwork.
: Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow:up.
: Work on:site at designated community.
: Working each weekend is required (excluding vacation and corresponding holidays)
Requirements:
: Required to work weekends
: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain relationships
: Must be adaptable, innovative, and a team player
: Possess self:motivation, initiative, a solid work ethic, a desire for high commission, and strong customer focus.
: Basic computer skills and internet proficiency

Compensation:
: This is a commission based position with an annual draw of 36,000
: Commission earned 1.5 of total purchase price of home (i.e. 200,000 sale 3,000 commission)
: Uncapped earning potential with average earnings of approx. 85,000 in 2014
Training:
: Training includes comprehensive 8 week training program on the process of selling new homes, Land Development, Grass roots marketing, Construction 101, etc...
