Expand your clinical leadership skills as a Traveling Pediatric Clinical Operations Manager in the mid-west region of the United States! You will be working directly with our acquisition and start up team to grow and develop new territories for the company within the mid-west. Extensive travel is required within the US Bayada Home Health Care is growing in leaps and bounds, and we need your clinical expertise to help ensure the highest quality of care possible! As the traveling Pediatric Clinical Operations Manager (PCO), you will be accountable for supporting clinical leaders in the effective execution of best-in-class care, regulatory and CHAP clinical compliance, and professional development for the clinical team. Once you have effectively built and trained the team in the new area your role would then move to the next territory to be expanded! As PCO, you will implement and provide initial and ongoing clinical leadership development, training, and guidance to promote sound clinical standards for clinical managers, associates and educators. You will act as a clinical resource to service office Directors, Division Directors and pediatric clinical leaders. You will assume a role in assuring consistently high quality service outcomes and program delivery. When you are not actively mentoring staff members, you will be an additional resource to the territory in the following capacity: Work directly with the acquisition/start-up team to develop and create new offices Assist with competencies, orientations, interviews and other office CM workAssist office CMs with visits, admissions and other CM dutiesFill in for CMs/CAs/Clinical Educator during vacationsAssist Divisional Clinical Educator with training courses & SIM Lab duties As the PCO, you would not be responsible for carrying a caseload. To qualify for this position, you must be a RN, with three (3) to five (5) years of BAYADA clinical leadership experience or comparable experience within home care. A four (4) year college degree, or strong pediatric home health care experience, is required.
