Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Employer Services, this individual will be responsible for driving Employer Services strategic initiatives, ensuring executional excellence on key programs and collaborating with other COEs/BUs to drive business results. The Vice President Business Strategyand Execution will play a pivotal role in the development of business strategy and developing and managing plans to achieve strategic and operational objectives. Additionally, this role will focus on enabling revenue growth for the Employer Services organization through proactive identification, development and execution of programs/projects leveraging knowledge of the Employer Services strategic vision and understanding of our markets and customers., * Participate in the development of Employer Services' vision and three-year strategic plan, and establish/manage plans to achieve business objectives * Guide the direction and resource allocation for programs/projects by defining expectations for the future state and generating excitement from others * Design objectives and work plans to execute on key revenue initiatives * Produce executive-level communication pieces, both internal and external * Install management routines and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness * Coordinate closely with Finance to develop/manage annual budget timeline and develop executive leadership presentations demonstrating performance * Create reporting process for core KPIs * Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with BU and COE Growth Playbooks across the Enterprise * Serve as Employer Services point of contact for Corporate Development and Marketing to drive inorganic growth and acquisition integration* 8+ years of direct business experience in strategic planning and/or business strategy * Proven track record of taking plans to execution within a corporate environment * Bachelor's degree in business or related field; M.B.A. * Proven ability to develop and understand economic scenarios * Capacity to analyze and distill complex information, drawing out relevant insights and implications into succinct, easily understood communications * Expert level written presentation skills with extensive experience developing executive-level presentations * Strong program management and organizational skills, with experience supporting strategic projects working across multiple stakeholder groups * Approximately 15-25% travel, * Strong collaborative mindset with enthusiasm to drive stakeholder engagement and accomplish business objectives * Ability to work independently and set priorities to achieve desired results * Foster an environment to embrace new approaches to business * Handle fast-paced and challenging job demands
