Company Driver Requirements:

  • Minimum Age: 23 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 6 months first seat driving experience in the last 6 months. **None of the 6 months driving experience can be as a student or in a training program.**
  • Be able to pass a DOT physical
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Be able to pass a Physical Standards Test

Company Driver Home Time:

Weekly Home Time

  • Drivers are out 5 days with a 34 hour reset at home

Bi-weekly Home Time

  • Drivers are out 12 days with a complete 48 hour reset

Monthly Home Time

  • Drivers are out 21 days with a complete 4 day reset

Company Driver Compensation Packages:

  • Dedicated Drivers-Weekly Home Time
    • .38 cpm with a quarterly .01 safety/ .01 service bonus program
  • Regional Solo Drivers-Bi-weekly/ Monthly Home time
    • 41 cpm with a quarterly .005 safety/ .005 service bonus program
  • Regional Team Drivers/Bi-Weekly Home Time
    • .50 cpm/split all miles paid with quarterly .01 safety/.01 service bonus program

Owner Operators:

1.06 cpm/all miles paid plus company fuel pass. Lipsey provides plates for trucks. O/O must have a truck 5 years old or newer at time of hire. O/O responsible for Occupational Accident or Workers Comp Policy.
