Title: Art Direct Anheuser-Busch Account - SPP Location: US-MO-St Louis Other Locations: Position Summary The Art Director shall work with a team to create design, photography, copy, and print production for two 75-page Wholesaler catalogs annually, and various online and print marketing materials. Work with contractors and associates, following all established processes for publication design and production, custom graphics, on-line design and production of design collateral, email marketing campaigns, social and other digital media while consistently staying on top of the newest technologies and web functionality. Primary Responsibilities * Assist Senior Art Director with creative design, photography, copy, print production for two 75-page Wholesaler catalogs annually * Convey Customer's strategy, messaging brand positioning, and overall marketing strategy in all materials developed * Design custom graphics for utilization in Print Catalog, Special Order, PDC, Trimester, and Geo lines of business * Keep current with consumer demands for creative art, product and logo specifications. Requires time researching market trends in literature and the marketplace. Requires keeping current in the software applications available on the Macintosh network * Develop creative collateral for ongoing marketing communications including, but not limited to, electronic marketing campaigns, print promotions, customer notifications, etc * Maintain eStore, Book & Run Sites, and PDC as needed. Ensure accuracy in all design-related elements at all stages, including concepts, paginations, layouts, samples, photography, supplemental artwork, proofing, editing, color quality, etc. of all print collateral while continuously striving for quality and creativity Basic * Bachelor's degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design or Graphic Art or equivalent experience or minimum 1 year of digital and traditional design experience * Experience with in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML, CSS * Portfolio is required Preferred * Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential in order to communicate with peers, customers and management * Solid conceptual and design skills, plus a flair for interactive know-how * Ability to learn new and emerging web technologies applicable to the web * Knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, Flash, DreamWeaver/Fireworks * Programming skills are a plus * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Must be dependable, detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and process
