**Job Description**
**Job Summary:**
The Regional Recruitment Operations Director develops effective strategies, processes, procedures and programs to deliver high quality talent to meet hiring goals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leads and oversees delivery of end to end recruitment operations and performance.
+ Participates in workforce planning initiatives, updates staffing forecasts and monitors the proactive delivery of market recruitment strategies based on business hiring priorities.
+ Meets regional recruiting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing vacancies.
+ Meets with Market Leaders to determine recruitment team effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ Master's Degree or equivalent preferred
**Work Experience:**
+ Five years of technical experience is required.
+ Ten years of technical experience is preferred.
+ Two years of leadership/management experience is required.
+ Five years of leadership/management experience is preferred.
