POSITION PROFILE:

Key objectives of Print Services Optimization Specialists are:

Increase TDV (Total Document Volume)
Increase Wallet Share (Sales and Lead Generation)
Retain or Grow Ricoh MIF
Increase Customer's utilization of all Ricoh products and services
Print Services Optimization Specialist finds and develops meter building opportunities within a specific geographic area. Viewed by customers as a specialist in improving customer's ROI with Ricoh by reducing costs and/ or improving, Imaging system utilization. Additional responsibilities include providing direct TS212 support to TSS's and FSM's as well as working with other Ricoh professionals to affect desired customer results. Receives minimal direct supervision.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides customers with assessment of connected imaging systems and work flows and recommends changes that will result in customer savings and/or improved employee productivity.
Provides volume building solutions to customers that increase utilization of Ricoh equipment.
Convinces customers to migrate non-Ricoh volume to Ricoh serviced devices
Identify opportunities to sell TAS time to provide customers with added training that increases benefit to customer while increasing volume on Ricoh equipment.
Specializes in the use of a core set of highly complex office products and imaging systems.
Manages territory, improves or maintains excellent customer relationships.
Identifies opportunities to sell Ricoh Print Management (RPM) service agreements and works closely with equipment sales rep and Contract Sales Reps.
Identifies volume building and MIF Retention/ Growth opportunities using: EPM tool, @Remote data and by working the TS212 Leads submitted by Field Ricoh Sales, Service and Administrative organizations.
Supports Area TS212 initiative by assisting FSM's in driving Tech behavioral changes in accepting and promoting TS212 benefits to customers resulting in MIF retention and TDV growth.
Conducts follow-up with customer on technician performed TS212 activities when required.
Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned territory.
Presents a professional image in business dress and behavior.
Performs other duties as assigned by Technology Services Management.
Demonstrates expertise and provides specialist services

Performs a full range of services including equipment and work flow analysis, solution presentation for improved methods, customer training and resultant cost-value benefits.
Proactively seeks volume building opportunities that result in increased utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies and services.
Expert on Ricoh @Remote, responsible to sell, install, train customers and also mine @Remote data to identify opportunities for increasing volume on Ricoh equipment of selling RPM service contracts.
Performs appropriate follow-up customer visits to ensure volume building and customer identified benefits are realized and maintained.
Provides customer consultation and/ or engages other Ricoh professionals regarding future product and services acquisition.
Performs installation of devices and software solutions that can analyze and direct added print volume to Ricoh equipment
Manages Territory

Identifies and targets customers that have under-utilized Ricoh equipment/ systems.
Effectively executes all required territory management and call handling procedures.
Works closely with Ricoh sales partners to maximize equipment leads, upgrade opportunities, supply sales and sales of Ricoh services.
Develops and executes weekly plan that meets or exceeds minimum on-site customer visits.
Maintains and manages all activities that result in meeting or exceeding minimum volume growth expectations.
Maintain RForce with all account related activity as part of the Ricoh sales team.
Completes all required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Customer Service

Proactively seeks ways to improve Ricoh equipment/ systems performance that results in greater customer satisfaction with Ricoh.
Acts as a communication link on unresolved technical problems/issues.
Maintains productive, professional relationship with all customers.
Maintains productive, professional relationship with all Ricoh personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Requires basic computer/connectivity competencies.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy for positions entailing extensive use of personal car while on company business.
