Spire is seeking a Facilities Specialist II to work in our St. Louis operation. This position will be responsible for managing daily administration and coordination of various processes, projects and shared services within the Real Estate and Facilities Department (Administration/Workspace/Hospitality).
:Manages administrative support in analyzing and reporting on department spend, projects and metrics, capturing data, coordinating variance explanation reporting, and providing updates as necessary to department leadership
:Manages process for payment of all invoices, initiating projects in systems, and necessary time keeping for department ensuring they are accurate and in consistent manner across all companies
:Manages daily work, workflow and ticketing system (SysAid/CMMS) and implementation of Facility shared services in area assigned
:Coordinates department usage of CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems
:Manage outside vendors providing Facility services including card access and training
:Workspace : Manages workspace programs including maintenance of cad files, furniture inventory, conference rooms and moves/adds and changes.
:Supports all shared services in Facilities, with cross training and backfill as needed
:Supports process for budgeting in area for department leadership
:Responsible for assisting with documenting department process, procedures, and standards reporting, using all approved systems, databases and tools.
:Facility Administration : Manages daily coordination with property management for large leased office buildings and associated parking program for such.
:Hospitality : Manages individual hospitality programs including catering, event planning, mail circulation, office supplies, and coffee across company footprint; and serves as Facilities department communication ambassador.
:Other department duties and responsibilities as requested and assigned

:Ability to make difficult decisions and communicate those decisions to others
:Ability to adapt in a fast:moving and changing culture with a willingness to learn new systems/applications
:Ability to set challenging and productive goals and delegate effectively
:In the absence of, or at the direction of the Manager, Workplace or Manager, Facilities Administration, directly supervises Coordinators and Facilities Specialists (1 : 5)
:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Interior Design, Customer Service, Construction Management, or comparable discipline
:Minimum 4years of experience in project management, facilities management, interior design, customer service or other related field
:2:5 years of general office work experience
:High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
:Experience with AutoCad or willingness to learn Aut
