*LEADS*
Letters go out to the homeowners that have recently purchased or refinanced their home. If interested in securing a policy with intentions to pay down or even pay off the mortgage, they will respond by direct mail or through the internet. Agents then contact the homeowners who have requested the information via telephone to set up a face:to:face meeting.


Our lead program is all in house meaning that the integrity of the leads are never compromised or outsourced.


*NO COLD CALLING*
Sales position working from your own home office with optional access to warm leads. Schedule appointments with potential clients who have already requested information on mortgage protection. Once you schedule the appointment, you will provide an overview of the various types of plans that they are eligible for and assist them in choosing a plan that fits their goals and budget in a face:to:face meeting serving as a financial consultant or mortgage protection specialist.


*COMMISSIONS*
Mortgage Protection and Final Expense product commission ranges from 70:120. An average sale produces a commission of 500 :1000. A typical full time producer is focused on making a minimum of 5 sales a week.


*TRAINING*
You will need to obtain your state life insurance license for this position. Available online, Pre:licensing course is offered at a greatly discounted rate to those trying to obtain a license.
