**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Director, BD Account \\- Accredo will be responsible for identifying, executing, and implementing new 340b HTC contracts\\. This will include the development and implementation of marketing and pull through strategies customized for the needs of each HTC\\. This position will lead a cross\\-functional team that will include the regional CRS and operational partners that will be responsible for the maintenance, growth, and satisfaction of existing 340b HTC accounts\\. This position will work to assure that sufficient and effective products are in place to present to the 340b HTC accounts and will work directly with the 340b product team and the BD product team to drive strategy and growth within BD\\. In addition, this position will be responsible for identifying contracting opportunities with the payer team and for implementing a pull through campaign on new contracts or upsells\\. The Director, BD Account \\-Accredo will function as a market SME and liaison for payer and product line as needed\\. They will provide specialty leadership with updates on key market dynamics, competitive intelligence, opportunities, and challenges within the BD marketplace\\. A critical function of the Director, BD Account \\- Accredo will be to drive BD sales growth in collaboration with their regional CRS\\.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Accountable for the development and execution of account specific marketing and pull through strategies in existing 340b HTC accounts\\. This includes ongoing monitoring of growth with adjustments made to the strategy or forecasting as necessary\\. Delivery of routine review of plan performance with account through quarterly business reviews\\.
+ Responsible for the identification of new 340b HTC opportunities\\. This includes execution and implementation of new 340b HTC contracts in coordination with product, ops, and legal\\. Will also be responsible for execution of amendments related to 340b HTC contracts\\.
+ Identify payer opportunities and collaborate with the payer team on upsell opportunities\\. Direct and develop pull through campaigns for new payer contracts and product upsells\\. Function as a market SME for the payer team and as a liaison for the product team\\.
+ Lead the development and implementation of regional and account specific growth strategies with CRS and operations team\\.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 10\\-15 years relevant experience or Master s degree with 8\\-12 years relevant experience
+ Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Extensive project management skills; Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
+ Working knowledge of the Bleeding Disorders marketplace, financial management principles and contracting;
+ Demonstrated sales and leadership skills;
+ Developed organizational, analytical, interpretative and time management skills;
+ Ability to travel as needed to meet goals
