Spire is seeking a Coordinator, Audit and Enterprise Risk to work in the St. Louis, MO operation. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Audit and Enterprise Risk departments
Duties and Responsibilities
:Provide administrative support to the internal audit, continuous improvement and enterprise risk departments to include correspondence, internal audit report presentations, create Board of Director presentations, scanning and copying; ordering supplies, paying invoices
:Coordinating travel for the Vice President and Directors of the departments
:Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Respond quickly to time:sensitive issues and resolve issues appropriately
:Manage and maintain calendar appointments and meeting requests from internal employees and outside contacts for the Vice President and Directors of the departments
:Works independently and within a team on special projects
:Assist executive in preparing documents and presentations
:Process expense reports and time cards
:Open and sort incoming mail
:Maintain strict confidentiality in all corporate matters
:Ability to demonstrate and master the core and job category competencies
:All other duties as assigned

Required Education: (may include certifications, licenses and registrations)
:Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Required knowledge, skill and abilities:
:5 years of administrative assistant experience. Experience working with corporate executives preferred.
:Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Acrobat Pro/E:copy, and PowerPoint
:Must demonstrate ability to make thoroughly considered decisions
:Must have ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential materials and information
:Must exercise good judgment in prioritizing work load and recognizing matters requiring prompt attention
:Requires good analytical skills
