Title: Accounting Systems Support AnalystDescription:BIS Industrial Services Inc., known as a leading one stop shop provider for complex industrial services is seeking an Accounting Systems Support Analyst at our St. Louis Corporate Office. This position requires a self motivated individual to assist with supporting, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. It requires an thorough knowledge of accounting and the ability to test, implement, and support both canned packages and in-house developed software solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Provide on-going end-user support for major business systems: ERP system (general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, job cost, etc), document storage system, field purchasing system, and check writing system.Assist in the support of Microsoft office products, especially MS Excel and MS Access.Perform requirements gathering and produce detailed design specification of modifications to line-of-business computer applications. Setup new users and maintain security rights in multiple ERP systems.Use of report writers, MS Access, and other tools to deliver information.Process information technology invoices in accordance with finance standards.Enter information technology allocation charges into the ERP system by jobsite. The ideal candidate must possess a 4 year technical or business degree, or 5 years equivalent support or accounting experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills are required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
